The Tacco product is an insole footbed designed with comfort and flexibility in mind.  They are self-adhesive and can fit into any shoe.

This footbed consists of uniquely constructed, ecologically refined sheepskin.  An additional pad supports the 

metatarsal arch to help relax leg muscles.  If you would like to alleive foot pain and walk in comfort, these might be the footbeds for you.
